Workplace conflict and cultural tension can quietly drain even the most capable teams. Janet has seen this first-hand — talented people avoiding hard conversations, leaders caught between fairness and compliance, organisations reacting to problems that could have been prevented.
After years in people and culture leadership across corporate, resources, government, and community sectors, she realised that traditional HR structures weren't always designed to resolve issues early or compassionately.
This realisation led her to establish EquipMe — bridging the gap between policy and people.
